A gentle reintroduction

As we continue on this journey of healing, we explore how to nourish our bodies while on the go. Today, eggs are reintroduced into the diet, and we see how to prepare simple, wholesome meals that can be easily taken with us, like a blueberry smoothie and herb meatballs with sweet potatoes.

I decided to reintroduce eggs into my diet today, as we will be away for the weekend and I will not have access to a kitchen. My plan is to prepare food at home and bring at least for breakfast and snacks, and possibly also for lunch. Eggs are super good to bring and easy to prepare.
